Planting Design

Planting Design is about choosing a combination of plants to suit the various climate and soil conditions in your garden. The choice of plants will depend on what style of garden you already have or would like to create and the amount of time available for maintenance. An individual planting plan can then be created for your garden.

Planting for Wildlife

The plants in your garden will create shelter and a source of food for birds and wildlife, also bees which continue to be in decline. Whatever style of garden you decide on, consider planting for wildlife. Evergreen shrubs with berries, flowering perennials and climbers to attract wildlife will also give structure and colour to the garden throughout the year.

Planting Plans

Planting plans are available for borders and complete gardens, they will show the planting layout and horticultural names. A planting service is available: we can select the plants at the nursery, they can then be set-out in their planting places in the garden .You may choose to do the planting yourself or we can plant the borders for you. Garden maintenance can also be arranged if required.
